COVID-19 INFORMATION

We’re all living in uncertain times with Covid-19 around and that includes us. We’re having to adapt on a month by month basis depending on new regulations to provide a safe environment for our customers and our staff.

Advice and restrictions are changing all of the time and we will always follow the most up to date information. We will aim to update this page if any new advice is issued from the Norwegian government.

We’ve answered some questions below which we hope will give you more confidence to book with us.

Are you still taking bookings for 2021?

Yes. We are still able to offer all of our services under the current regulations, in some cases that will mean reduced numbers. Accommodation, food and guiding are all possible so you can book with confidence.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We still ask for a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. This is to reserve the dates for your booking and to allow us to prepare for your arrival. Our usual deposit refunds as described in our terms and conditions do not currently apply. If you or us have to cancel your booking because of covid-19 restrictions then we will offer a full refund.

Are deposits refundable?

Yes, if the trip is cancelled because of covid-19 restrictions.

If the trip is cancelled because of another reason our normal terms and conditions apply.

Can I move my trip to another date?

Before cancelling your trip you will have the opportunity to move your trip to another available date without any fee. You will also have the possibility to move your trip to 2022 if you wish.

Can I cancel my trip?

Yes. You will not incur any fees if you must cancel your trip due to covid-19 restrictions. If you must cancel your trip for any other reason, our usual terms and conditions apply.

How will you keep to covid regulations?

We will follow all government guidelines and minimise any risk while you are here. This principally means keeping a 1m safe distance and extra cleaning. We will take bookings accordingly, making sure that separate groups are able to keep a 1m distance safely.

We will inform all guests of the current rules and advice on booking and arrival.

We will need to take contact details (name and number) of all guests on arrival in case of a positive covid-19 case and we need to notify close contacts.
